Make sure you claim your prize within 24 hours of the result announcement. As soon as you click on the ‘Claim the prize’ button, our bot will create an exchange with your Steam account, and you’ll be asked to agree to the said exchange. If you don't claim your prize in the allotted time, it will be automatically returned to the website and the funds will be refunded to your LisSkins balance.
