Blast Premier Spring Showdown and Finals tournaments have been moved onlineThe organizers of the Blast Premier Spring Showdown tournament have announced that the matches scheduled for May and June have been moved online. The tournament will be divided into two divisions based on region. From the Americas, MIBR, 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses will participate, along with seven invited teams. The European top ten will include Astralis, NiP and Vitality. Also included will be the four teams that qualified through the CIS Cup, Elisa Invitational and Iberia Qualifier. Three more slots will be taken up by invited participants.  

As a result, the order of the Blast Premier Finals will also change. In Europe, the winners of the Showdown stage will go straight through to the final stage, with the remaining teams competing in group matches. In America, none of the teams playing in the Showdown will make it directly to the final round. Instead, the top four teams from each group will play qualifying matches to determine the four finalists. Two European and one U.S. team will advance to the global finals, where a prize of $750 000$. It is also already known that from European teams Natus Vincere, FaZe, G2and OG are invited to the final part of the tournament.
