Constant turbulence, endless player replacements and Navi management's attempt to build a model of play that will lead the club to win prestigious tournaments is a harsh and very stressful reality that every Navi Dota 2 squad has to play in.
In my opinion, Navi's management was held hostage to the high-profile victories of the early 2010s, when «Born to Win» took the championship at the first International in Cologne held in August 2011 and snapped up the then-crazy $1,000,000 prize for eSports, and then took silver twice at The International (sometimes abbreviated as TI) in 2012 and 2013.
So Navi's golden Dota 2 team raised the bar so high that the gamers who succeeded them couldn't match it. Attempts to find their game and return to the top of Olympus have not led to anything, only to a shuffle of players playing for Natus Vincere (43 players in 12 years, on average every year in the roster of Navi changes 3 members of the team), and to depressing results for fans.

Volodymyr can rightfully be called a fired sparrow and an experienced Doter, as from 2016 to 2020 he was part of the legendary Virtus.pro team, where he earned the lion's share of prize money, totaling $1,630,597, winning championships at the Bucharest and Kuala Lumpur majors and finishing second with his teammates in the insanely intense final of the 2017 Kiev majors.
He was named to the Navi Dota 2 team on May 25, 2021.
Minenko, in addition, has an interesting personal achievement: he was only the second professional gamer native to the CIS who managed to cross the 10k mmr rating mark.
His favorite characters to play as are Outworld Devourer, Invoker, and Storm Spirit.
Offline
On the third position in the roster of Navi cyber sports club, playing in the discipline «Dota 2», plays Ukrainian dater Vladislav Laise or laise. Currently, in August 2022, he is 21 years old.

Let's move on to the representatives of Russia. The first of them is swedenstrong, a.k.a. Georgi Zainalabidov, a 19-year-old seven-sapper or, in other words, a position 4 sapper.

He is the only one of the five who doesn't have a permanent spot in the roster yet, because Georgi is playing in the Navi Dota 2 roster instead of ALOHADANCE, who he is replacing for the second season of DPC EEU.
Swedenstrong was invited to join the Navi roster in April 2022 after playing on the pro scene for less than 1.5 years. The fact that Georgi is so good at his position is confirmed by his inclusion in the top 20 dopers from the European region.
The only major success of the promising player so far is the achievement of excellent for his age personal indicators in the 9th season of Champions League.

Full-Support and Captain
This position in the Navi Dota 2 team is held by a veteran and the most experienced gamer under the nickname Solo. His real name is Alexei Berezin, he is 32 years old and is from Russia. Just like No[o]ne, his best years were spent in «gold» Virtus.pro, when he won cybersport competitions organized by ESL in New York in 2015 and in Hamburg in 2017, and won a major in Kuala Lumpur.
Alexey became acquainted with Dota at the age of 13 and at first saw it solely as a hobby and entertainment. He dreamed of becoming a lawyer and following in the footsteps of his father, who worked as an investigator. Instead, however, he went to college to become a graduate in applied computer science in the economic field, while polishing his skills at Dot and moving from one low-paying job to another. This continued until he signed a contract in the early 2010s and started playing Dota professionally.
Navi was added to the Navi Dota 2 roster on September 2, 2021.
Interesting facts about Navi
First. The actions of the club's current captain, Solo, in 2013 were the cause of a huge cybersports scandal that nearly cost him his pro-gaming career. And all because of one fake match, which Alexey persuaded his teammates to bet against his team in the hope of earning money.
Solo, of course, earned. 322 U.S. dollars. And ruined his reputation for about 2 years when his act was found out. During his forced suspension, he earned donations from streamers and knocked on various orgs asking to be added to the team. It is understandable that everyone refused, because no one wanted to get in touch with a gamer with a tarnished reputation.
And the number «322» became the object of numerous jokes and memes.
Second. The gamer with the nickname SoNNeikO (Akbar Butaev), who plays at the position of Full Sappport, has played 5 times intermittently for the Navi Dota 2 squad. That's an all-time record for any player ever to wear the uniform «Born to Win».
