OG finalized the lineup on the eve of the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown

The European OG team has announced that it has finalized its lineup. The fifth member of the roster will be seventeen-year-old Israeli player Shahar «flameZ» Shushan. He will replace Jordanian cyber athlete Issa «ISSAA» Murad, who OG management decided to part ways with a few months ago after the team performed below expectations at the beginning of the year.

This is the second change in the OG lineup in recent months. Earlier in late February, the decision was made to replace Nathan «NBK-» Schmitt with Nicholas «niko» Christensen. Charlie Debs, one of the OG managers, commented on these replacements as follows: «Now that Nikolai and Shahar have joined the roster, we are confident that we can progress to the highest level of performance in Counter-Strike. Shahar – is an amazingly talented young player who already understands what it takes to achieve the best results, and we will do our best to create an environment for him where he can prove himself this season».

Before that flameZ played for Endpoint, and even then he attracted attention as a promising cyber athlete. In seven months with that team, he had a 1.13 average rating and contributed to an Endpoint selection at the BLAST Premier Showdown. Shahar's first appearance for OG will be a match against Astralis on April 13.
