Ukrainian-Russian team ProjectX announced the disbanding of the roster. The players have split into two groups that will individually continue to look for opportunities to collaborate with other eSports organizations. One of the players, Eugene «7oX1C» Motsevoy named the main reason for this decision as the low number of invitations to significant competitions after the team moved up to 43rd place in the HLTV rankings in early February. As a result, the players have had motivation problems and have performed noticeably below expectations in recent performances.
7oX1C had the following to say on the matter: «Despite the fact that we have reached the highest ranking position in the team's entire existence, we have had problems. The players were thrilled that we were in the top 50 and we were ready to strive for higher goals, but then we stopped getting invites to competitions, and this resulted in a lack of motivation and major setbacks».
Three ProjectX players, namely Dmitry «Sensei» Shvorak, Alexander «Psycho» Zlobin and Sergey «Sergiz» Atamanchuk have already announced that they plan to continue playing locally and are now looking for two more players for the team and are willing to consider offers from various cyber sports organizations.
