The NG cyber sports organization will cease to exist

Thailand-based cybersports organization NG has announced that it will cease operations. A post published on the company's Facebook page cites Samakorn Mahawong, one of the company's owners, as the reason for this decision, whose actions «led to the inevitable failure of the project due to the lack of investment and support that was originally promised». The rest of the company's executives emphasize that they are not responsible for Mahawong's actions as a director of NG. The company's co-owners, social media department and CS: GO lineup will continue to work together and are going to perform under a new name, while trying to find a new source of funding that would allow them to realize their plans.

The lineup playing for NG includes cyber athletes from five Asian countries, and the most famous player on the team is Korean player Hong-Pyo «XigN» Lee. Anthony «ImpressioN» Lim serves as the in-game leader. The roster was assembled in January and since then has only appeared in a small number of high-level matches, but the players are going to continue to perform with this lineup, expecting to still prove themselves on the Asian cyber sports scene. The new team name is not yet binding.
