Gokul is now 32 years old, and he ended his professional playing career in 2017. Prior to that, he has had numerous successes in CS:GO competitions, competing on Invictus, Entity Gaming and Virtual Impact teams, as well as representing his country at world-class competitions.
Gokul Sagar has recently been working in the emergency department of a British hospital. In his interview, he appealed to gamers to spend productive time at home and use the forced self-isolation to train, develop discipline and develop qualities that will help in a cybersports career. He also urged streamers to remind their viewers of social distancing measures.
Even though he doesn't play CS:GO professionally now, the game is still his favorite. Gokul continues to follow cybersports news with passion. He notes that he was energized by the recent successful performances of the NAVI team.
Gokul loves what he is doing now, although he has had to work under high pressure lately. He hopes that when the pandemic is over, in-person cybersport competitions involving players and spectators will return to London.
