Entropiq has announced that it is putting its entire roster up for transfer. At the same time, Russian cyber athletes will continue to represent the team until they are bought out by other organizations. This decision comes less than a month after Entropiq sent sniper Alexei «El1an» Gusev to inactivation, finishing in 3-4th place at ESL Challenger Melbourne. Currently Entropiq is ready to consider offers to buy both individual players and the entire team.
About a year ago Entropiq was performing very well. By January, she had risen to No. 9 in the world rankings and also achieved a first-place finish at Pinnacle Fall Series 2 and a second-place finish at ESEA Premier Season 39. However, the roster's performance deteriorated thereafter, and by the fall, the team had dropped to 38th place – the lowest since this squad was formed in January 2021. Entropiq failed to qualify for the majors in Antwerp and Rio, while it was unable to participate in a number of other events (such as IEM Dallas) due to visa problems.
Entropiq CEO Daniel Cloud notes that the organization has had to face several obstacles in recent months. He mentioned that one of the problems was the inability to organize normal work with the CIS team in the current situation, because of which it was decided to put the roster on transfer.
