After MIBR sent Adriano «WOOD7» Serato to the reserves on Tuesday, the team management announced that Breno «brnz4n» Poletto will take his place. He previously played for MIBR Academy and posted a 1.25 rating over the past three months.
With WOOD7 serving as ingame leader and primary sniper, the roles will need to be reassigned in the new squad. In a statement released on the team's official website, MIBR explained how the roaster will now function. The sniper position will now go to brnz4n, whose level the team management is confident in despite the fact that he has not played in this role before.
Marcelo «chelo» Cespedes will now take over the ingame leadership duties, as he has made a significant contribution to the coordination of the players' actions during the match, as well as acting as a leader outside the game.
With these changes, MIBR expects to further increase the level. A recent significant achievement for the Brazilian team was getting to PGL Major Antwerp. Although the team managed to qualify by winning the regional ranking tournament with a score of 3 – 0, they were unable to advance beyond the Challengers stage in the main part of the majors, losing to Outsiders, Astralis and Bad News Eagles.
